Students interested in applying to the Practical Nursing program must first submit an Activation Letter of Intent form to initiate the application process and must be turned in prior to any other information. There is a $20.00 application fee associated with this form (payable at the Bursar’s Office).

Application Packets are available to students who have submitted an Activation Letter of Intent.

For Spring Applicants: July 1st through September 1st

For Fall Applicants: April 1st through May 31st

All admission requirements and testing must be completed before the Application Packet can be submitted. Incomplete application packets will not be accepted.
