ANNOUNCEMENT: WE HAVE A NEW APPLICATION PROCESS!

Effective immediately, students who wish to apply for the PN program must submit an “Activation-Letter of Intent Form” at the beginning of your last semester of prerequisites. This is submitted with a receipt for the $20 application fee (paid to the Bursar’s Office). This form will initiate the application process and enroll students in the PN Applicant Blackboard Online Forum.  All new testing requirements, application packets, test dates, and current program information will be posted on the Blackboard page.  This page is only accessible after the Activation Letter of Intent is submitted. This form can be submitted to the Health and Natural Science office during regular business hours.
