Prospective Students

So it's time to start thinking about college...

...and there are many things to consider. What program interests you? How much will it cost? Where are classes held? When are the classes you need offered? Will the classes you take transfer to a four-year college or university?

Programs

We offer a variety of academic programs including occupational technical training as well as transfer programs. If you are undecided about a career field, our counselors will work with you to identify your interests and abilities and select a program that's right for you.

Costs

We know that financing a college education is a challenge for many students and parents. Though Nunez's tuition is the most affordable in the area (around $1800 per academic year), financial aid options in the form of scholarships, grants, work study employment, and loans are available.

Location

Our campus is located in Chalmette, Louisiana approximately 20 minutes away from New Orleans.

College Transfer

We offer courses that will transfer to four-year colleges and universities to help save you time (and money) down the road. Most Louisiana schools will waive general education requirements for students who earn an associates degree in our College Transfer Program, allowing you to concentrate on courses in your chosen major. We also have special agreements with some Louisiana colleges and universities to make the transfer process easier.
