This course prepares students to operate precision machining tools and equipment. Students will be introduced to industry standards to measurement, materials and safety. Students will earn a credential for this course from NIMS.

This is the 1st class for the Machining Certification Program.  This program is a series of 5 courses that leads to the Advanced Machining Certification.
