The purpose of the Office of Human Resources is to provide effective employee and employer resource activities through the development and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures including recruitment and placement, employee development, and benefits that align with current federal, state, and local regulators governing personnel matters.
Human Resources also serves as the custodial entity between the employee and the state of Louisiana offering services, programs and trainings to ensure continued compliance of the College.
