Nunez's Fall 2023 History Lecture Series continues Thursday, Oct. 12th, with 'Making Groceries in a Food Desert: How to Improve Access to Healthy Foods.'

This event will be held in the Nunez Auditorium. A wine and cheese reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. The program is scheduled for 7-8 p.m.

The presenter will be Ken Kolb, PhD, finalist for the 2023 James Beard Foundation book award for “food issues and advocacy” and winner of the Association for the Study of Food and Society 2023 book prize.

This event is free and open to the public.
