The Bayou Blast-Off is Nunez Community College’s signature aerospace-themed outreach event—designed to inspire K–12 students, families, and the community through hands-on exploration of science, technology, and space. Your support helps us spark curiosity, showcase career pathways, and create unforgettable learning experiences for future innovators.
We invite businesses, organizations, and community partners to support Bayou Blast-Off through exhibitor booths, event sponsorships, and campus-based recognition opportunities.
Sponsorship donations may be made via credit card, debit card, check, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or ACH transfer.
Reserve a Space Station
Exhibitor Booth Space
Organizations may participate directly in the event by reserving an exhibitor booth space at the event.
This is an excellent opportunity to engage directly with students and families, highlight career opportunities, and demonstrate your organization’s commitment to education and workforce development.
- Donation: $50 per booth
- Limit: Two booths per company or organization
- Space Size: 8’ x 10’ or 10’ x 10’
- Setup Requirements:
Exhibitors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, garbage can, and any needed extension cords. - Guidelines:
Booths may distribute promotional or educational items.
No sales permitted.
No alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages or prepared food items may be distributed.

Event Sponsorship Levels
Mission Sponsors play a critical role in making Bayou Blast-Off possible while receiving high-visibility recognition from hundreds of attendees throughout the day. Organizations looking for increased visibility and recognition may choose from the following sponsorship levels:
Mission Sponsor – Level 1 | $300
Sponsor one of ten hands-on activity tables.
Your organization’s name and logo displayed prominently at the activity station
Mission Sponsor – Level 2 | $900
Sponsor the Food & Concessions Court
Your organization’s name and logo will be displayed at the food court entrance.
Mission Sponsor – Level 3 | $1,500
Premier recognition at Bayou Blast-Off
Your organization’s name and logo will be displayed at the event’s main entrance.
Extend Your Impact: Voyage Mark II Stanchion Sponsorship
In addition to Bayou Blast-Off sponsorships, donors may also support Voyage Mark II, Nunez’s outdoor, walk-through solar system exhibition located on campus.
Voyage Mark II allows visitors to “walk the solar system” through a scaled installation of planets, each displayed on a permanent stanchion. Sponsors may place their name or logo on a stanchion, creating a lasting, year-round educational presence on campus. This sponsorship option is ideal for organizations seeking long-term recognition of their support for STEM education beyond a single event. Permanent sponsorship markers will be installed on each stanchion once the sponsor approves a proof and fabrication is complete.
