The Office of Diversity & Inclusion is committed to advancing Inclusive Excellence to improve the well-being and success of all Nunez students, faculty, staff, and community members. The Office of Diversity & Inclusion works in collaboration with all facets of Nunez to uplift the acceptance of different ideas, values, beliefs, abilities, and perspectives while also advancing equity as aligned with the College's Mission and Strategic Plan and help create and sustain a more inclusive and accepting campus culture & community. NCC strives to be intentional and committed to on-going efforts to promote an inclusive and equitable environment for all.

We achieve this mission by integrating equity, fairness, and care into our campus culture and institutional practices. We promote inclusive excellence by educating, engaging, and empowering all members of our campus community with cultivating partnerships and resources.
